  26.   As far as I know, Engineering is not aware of this problem.  I don't think 
  27. we have any of the other vendor's RPI-type modems on hand.  If you can forward 
  28. one of these modems to us, or at least give us a model number, we can take a 
  29. look at this.  It is difficult to fix something that we can't duplicate here.
